My name is Tara (pronounced "tear-uh"). I blog about anything. DIY how-to projects, stuff I like, random ideas, shenanigans I get myself into...all infused with a little bit of my cynical humor. By day, I’m a registered nurse, but I have a passion for creativity. It's my lifetime goal to mount a map of the world on my wall and post as many red pins in it as possible. I’m kind of a free spirit and I live by my own rules. I recently married my best friend, and my name is no longer Jones, but the blog is staying. I love things that are weird and different. That’s why I love Austin. My outlook on life is best described by the words of Eleanor Roosevelt: "The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience."
